  I was pleased with postage refund for multiple purchase. And with quick delivery but one coach had broken buffer. I have asked seller if they have a replacement but no reply at all. Chased for reply twice with no response so assume they won’t be bothered. Sad end to what had been a good initial transaction. Does anyone have a spare buffer please?!!!

  Please do check your messages John! I replied offering a discount due to broken buffer, and the offer for a return for full refund instead - disappointing to receive negative feedback as this could have easily resolved. I remind ebayers that they are always protected from the ebay purchase scheme
