  I bought a trackball labelled as New Open box but the scroll wheel is broken so its pretty useless. The product was marked as "New Open Box" instead of "Second Hand, Untested" The seller told me he buys goods second hand but doesn't test he just take them at face value. If I had this information before I would have made a different decision.

  Item was in unused condition when it was sent. Buyer used a 3rd party forwarding agent to send this item to Africa then expected a refund without return.
