  The item was missing the bracket that holds the drone to the handle. After numerous attempts to get a replacememnt part, the seller said they wpould send the missing part but after a further 20 days, the part has not arrived. They offered a $5 discount but the whole handle is useless without the bracket that ties the drone to the handle. An expensive excercise for me.
