  The seller is very responsive and fair. During shipping the fan was damaged because of handling by USPS. The seller offer to refund half the cost of the fan. Since it still worked I was happy with the offer.

  The swing was in perfect condition on arrival. Shipping speed was phenomenal and even took less time than anticipated. The sellers sent a very kind instructional email before shipping to show gratitude for their customers and information on how to proceed and follow up should there be any issues. The price was also more than fair. My daughter loves it! I will be using this seller in the future.

  Set came today and only one minor issue with a slightly bent spindle. I was able to fix it easily. Not sure what the postal people are doing with our packages, but they must watch Cable Guy way too much!! One recommendation would be to open box and wrap styrofoam with some cellophane or something to keep parts from escaping inside the box during shipping. I recommend this seller, they communicate with you and the product seems adequate. Thanks
