  Awesome overall experience. Tremendous communication from start to finish. Informed me of their damaged item in stock, ordered a new figure that was no longer in their personal stock. Meaning they lost money to take care of me and serve me as a customer. Absolutely incredible doing that on their dime to take care of the customer. I was a little worried ngl but with consistent communication and reassurance that made that all go away. Thank you. Thank you.

  Came just as described. Securely packed and in good condition. Highly recommend the seller. Only thing is the quality of the doll itself isn’t great and I’ll be placing the head on a separate body. But that has nothing to do with the seller, just the product itself.
