  I received the picture frame promptly. Its condition was as described. (It is a great frame!) However, there was no mention that it was missing the glass. This was an extra $100 cost for me in addition to having to replace the backing which is essentially just a piece of cardboard with water stains.

  Seller did not respond to a single email (of many.) My opinion: Seller realized true value of item and did not want to let it go for low buy it now price after all. I am disappointed on so many levels. Since delivery of item or communication could not be compelled, eBay issued me a refund. Sales contract ignored by seller. Communication by seller non existent. Seller had 100 percent positive feedback. Unless seller was indisposed by illness, accident or personal crisis seller’s conduct is BAD!
