    Tested 2 phones, both didn't work, so I asked for a refund. Seller admitted he didn't test them. However, this negative feedback is for him mouthing-off to me and initially offering a $1 refund. Unprofessional.

    1. Buyer lied about broken handsets, tested working upon return2. Upon return, buyer broke 1 display on 1 phone3. I do not test handsets initially because of the difficulty in doing so without an anolog landline4. Faulty handsets are extremely rare, only one truthful instance recorded5. Buyer had already boxed return before even contacting me with the problem, or a chance to fix it6. The only thing Unprofessional here is negative feedback to a Positive Seller7. Buyer has since been blocked
