  Received in excellent as described condition. Very well packed to guard against damage. It appeared to be new and that’s verified by the connection cover never having been fully opened. The part was as listed, “new, open box” and the exact replacement part, which when installed, has operated perfectly. Equally important and impressive, the price. It was $50 less than the next available option and $150 less than another. 100% satisfied and would buy from vendor again with complete confidence.

  Fast shipping, item was exactly what I ordered. Great packing. Seller was very responsive at helping me troubleshoot an error that occurred from the post office. Note: i highly recommend taking apart the machine before ordering any parts . Unfortunately manufacture installed a different model pump. And I went based off the model number. Turns out whole different setup to what the dishwasher model shows online. I would buy from this seller again as this was my mistake for not inspecting first.
