  Buyer beware. My experience went like this, purchased on June 10th. It took 10 days for them to get it to the post office. I emailed them with no response, waiting another two days. People get busy, I understand. With no response, I emailed EBay to step in. Following day package was received at the post office. Ordered on the 10th received on the 26th. This was ordered and shipped in the US not China. Yay! It arrived today. To my disappointment it smells of cat pee. So sad 😞

  Hi there, I responded to your message about the shipping within 72 hours and explained that we had a shipment mixup. I apologize again for the delay. Additionally, you didn’t mention anything about an odor through messages. We offer 30 day returns for this reason, reach out if you need to send an item back. However, our items are stored in plastic bags, in an offsite office, free of any contact with animals. Thanks.
