  The product was exactly as requested and looked exactly like reference pictures sent through, right down to the bits of grey and white in the beard as a whole. Item was well packaged and protected, with high quality/genuine materials. It was in good condition when it arrived. Given the professional finish, I feel like it was good value for money and I would use this seller again when it needs replacing.
