I've been researching trends in music and design for quite some time now. Live music has always held a special place in my heart, and sharing its magic with friends and family has been a big part of my life.
I never planned on building a vinyl collection until a friend gifted me a record player along with a stack of vinyl records. That’s when the addiction truly began!
From there, I started picking up a copy or two of my favorite albums as they released, especially colored or limited edition versions. Alongside building my collection, I’ve also been working in the concert/event ticket and sneaker industries.
The similarities between platforms like StockX and Discogs sparked a deep fascination with the vinyl industry. Growing up on 90s/00s hip hop and R&B, I began hunting for original pressings, limited editions, and colored vinyl releases of my favorite albums. However, After ordering it, the tracking info ceased to function a week after the order was supposedly sent, and the disc didn't arrive until over a month past the expected delivery date.
