    I bought this guitar strap because it was listed as "New." It is not new at all. There are wear marks on the leather from ALOT of use. It has fuzz balls from wear all through the logo fabric part, which is what people look at! I am very busy and have no patience for dishonest vendors!

    excellent communication. the level of protection on package was a bit over the top - not necessary for this, but appreciated. Probably does it because they've had bad experiences like me with ups/fedex/usps breaking stuff en route. Highly recommend this seller! A+
