  This item was EXACTLY what I expected. (That doesn't always happen.) They arrived in excellent condition, packed extremely well. It was a great value for the money. Honestly, I guess I'm a "passive" reader. I was surprised to get the eye shadow and find that there were TWO bottles! I looked back at the description and... yup, you guessed it, it clearly stated "2PK". So, it was actually better than expected. THANK YOU!

  They sent a curling iron instead of advertised product of a straightening iron. They contacted me and said that I can keep the curling iron and they will priority ship the straightener. They could never provide the tracking number for 2nd package. Then, they realized that they couldn't get away with their lie that they sent the correct item. I had to cancel another straightener order that I placed.I'm willing to remove this negative review if I receive the straightener&find out they didn't lie.
