  Worst packaging I’ve ever received. Plates were in a box stacked in half cut large mailing envelopes; three arrived broken and the box was in good condition so I fault the packaging not the post office. Seller and I reached a mutual decision on the reimbursement of the plates rather quickly. However, we never reached a mutual decision on the reimbursement for the shipping, I paid nearly $40! Seller made a unilateral decision and I’m very disappointed. I will not buy from this seller again.

  Gravy plate has a chip which is my own fault, after reviewing photos I noticed it. There was no mention of a chip in the item description which was very disappointing.
