  Initially there was an issue with USPS shipping this item to the wrong location. Although it was no fault of the seller, they resolved the shipping issue and I was able to receive my desired order. I greatly appreciate this sellers dedication to customer service and satisfaction. The item was exactly as described, the packaging was well secured and the value of the item was excellent. Finding these shoes in my size, in a preferred color, at a reasonable price is almost impossible. Thank you!!!

  The shipping was fast. The packaging came very nicely packed and shipped. Unfortunately, I don’t think it came as described the straps and bag had more wear and tear than I thought. The bag is well taken care of considering.. I don’t think it was worth the value, the paint is coming off from all over the bag and zipper.
