  The listing clearly states that the transmitter is CODED. However, it is not. The description on the package on the very first line states, "Compatible with Polar products receiving NON-CODED heart rate transmissions." The listing was misleading and deceptive.   Shipped quickly, well packaged, exactly as described and a good value. I can identify no wear to anything but the slip cover which is as it should be. for a collector, this makes it less than "as new" or "excellent" but I value the condition of the volume itself and it is pristine.
