  Excellent item. Excellent seller. Thank you. Unfortunately a correctly addressed item was 'delivered' by Yodel to an address which was not even in the same postcode where the owners were away. Yodel didn't even come to my house. The seller has been extremely helpful with excellent communication and we have found the package with no help from Yodel

  Ordered a bike seat in September, now October has not been delivered. So contact seller he told me staff out of office for two days . So waited more than two days got same email back again off the seller it was not sorted out , so eBay refunded me and thanks to them. Will not order again off this seller .

  I do feel so sad, we sent the refund timely on October 2, 2 days later, i noticed that the money failed to you since there is something wrong with our account, then i messaged to you timely we could transfer the money to you via the paypal if you feel worried, i provided all of the proofs to you via the eBay messages.
