  While I thought I was getting white soles- based on listing photos, they came in brown. Had we not needed them right away I would’ve shipped them back. I think it’s important sellers post actual pictures of the item instead of stock pictures. I wouldn’t have even looked at these had that been the case. Super bummed.

  Buyer asked for pictures before purchasing them, I sent 3 pictures to her. I offered her full refund and shipping both ways and she did not want to send them back. I refunded her the shipping that she paid and asked for pictures of what she received, and she never got back to me.
