Welcome to Bertieboo's Stamp, Postcard and Bookshop. I have been a collector since i was a child and have bought and sold stamps, books and postcards for around 30 years. Though now based back in the UK I have spent many years overseas and have a particular interest in the stamps and covers of New Zealand and France and the wider Pacific region. Now i am gradually clearing a lifetime of mad auction buying! My aim is to give a high quality service, so if you are in any way unhappy with the stamps, books or postcards you receive, i am very happy to offer a full refund as none of us are infallible. I usually include shipping in my prices for UK customers, so if you want to buy multiple items make an offer less the postage and i will usually accept. Overseas customers shipping prices are for up to 3 items so you will save on shipping if you buy more. I also sell books and all sorts of other random bits of paper and aim to add at least 100 lots a week to my listings. Please ask questions!

    Item was not as described.The top of the envelope,had beetorn,whilst the letter had been opened.This was not shown on the photograpgh,but i will accept the item,for its historical value.

    All the faults described were visible in the photograph, it stated quite clearly in the listing that the cover had been opened at the top, the price paid reflected all these faults for which would otherwise been a much more expensive cover
