  This phone is not unlocked, and is not able to be unlocked. This phone is unusable to me. I couldn't see who the phone was locked to, so I called Sprint and they told me to contact Apple to unlock it. Apple told me to call T-Mobile, and T-Mobile told me that they cannot unlock the phone. Is this even a new phone? The T-Mobile customer service rep said that there's a phone number associated with the phone... I'm really disappointed. Would not recommend buying from this seller.
