  The boots were not as pictured, the vinyl on the boots were peeling as if either really old or stored in attic. Contacted and said they were not like that when they shipped. Not sure how they could possibly get messed up in transit. I sent pics and no useful or productive response just denial

  I checked the products when I ship to make sure they are what is described and all items were ok. Not sure what happened to them in shipping but when they left my address they were ok. The out fit and boots were kept in a dry area and in a plastic bag. They had the option to ask got a refund rather than give me a bad review.
