    Already contacted seller and they said that the item was for parts only or needed a software patch to use. This information in the fine print but the original had only the positive stuff in it like excellent condition, etc. A bit of an underhanded sell so very Used Car salesmanship this was. The most important part is this is useless in that it cannot be salvaged!

    Seller was awesome. Quick communication and responses. Great value for this item. Exactly as described. Original packaging. Item shipped in a timely manner from seller. Unfortunately, FedEx lost the pkg for 6 days in Kansas without updates or contact. Item arrived repacked in original box but not original packing tape! Box appeared smashed and with some holes in it. Item was bent and dented. Seller was VERY QUICK to contact FedEx, who was slow to fix issue. Seller was SUPER AWESOME with service!
