  I was skeptical at first buying a rug without actual product photos but it turned out to be a great buy. The colors and thickness of the rug match the images. The rug seems really well made and shipping was super fast. Honestly very happy with it, I would purchase from this seller again.

  I ordered a custom-sized rug (8x8 feet). While it was created and shipped quickly, unfortunately the design did not match the listing - the colors were all much darker and one was completely different (red instead of pink), so the rug does not match my color scheme as expected. I did try contacting the seller regarding the issue but they were unable/unwilling to provide any assistance. Adding photos to show the difference between the listing and the final product

  This seller kept in constant communication with me when it became evident that UPS had delivered the rug to the wrong address. I commend him for his patience and professionalism while we got it all sorted out. In addition he sells the most beautiful carpets and rugs! The item was very well packed and even arrived ahead of the due date. I'll certainly buy from him again.

  Hello, The rug is gorgeous! I love it! It matches the black velvet furniture, the paint color, the circular shape mirror, round shelving, and pink accessories in the room.
