We are a small shop selling the type of books we'd want to own.
We believe that every book has its reader, and that sometimes you find the book you need most when you are looking for something else, or maybe even nothing at all.
We believe that although there are many ways to transmit and interact with texts, nothing can beat the plain old, ink-and-paper book:
"The book is like the spoon, scissors, the hammer, the wheel. Once invented, it cannot be improved."- Umberto Eco.
We believe that a customer deserves to know as much as possible about a book before purchasing it, and are committed to providing accurate descriptions of all our books.
We believe that a customer deserves for their book to be packaged properly and with care, and that it arrives in the same way it was sent.
