Took 10 days to get my package. They packaged it in one of those soft UPS bags that you would put like a pair of socks in or something. Not a box with an expensive reel. So not only did it take 10 days from when I purchased it the box came messed up. As you can see in the picture. So when I cut the tape the box fell apart. In the package with the reel clamp and screws there was 1 washer. Everything else was there but a single washer is weird.
