After saying I would involve eBay,they finally responded that their inventory is new and they strive to ensure each order arrives in perfect condition(NOT!). They offered a full refund for the return, or 50% refund to keep it.I decided to keep it and take the half refund.But, after trying to charge my phone,it only charged it to 20% and stopped.So I returned it for the full refund.
