  The seller is a stand up person of integrity. The unit was in very good physical condition and appeared to function well, but no signal was detected for the subwoofer function and randonly went into protection mode. Seller made it right.

  The hat was exactly as described and in stellar condition, except that the hat feels like a large to me rather than extra-large. I have this same exact hat already, but in a large, and it has always fit me a little tight, so I bought this XL to resolve that problem; however, this hat fits me exactly the same way. Oh well, that is what you get when you buy a hat online. The hat arrived in days and was shipped inside a carboard box with stuffing too protect the hat during transit. Great job!
