  The item was received with no physical damage. It was energized and tested extensively - found in good working order. These SMPS boards require adequate loading resistance on each on the 3 voltage output test points for normal operation. If you come across any more power supply boards like this again, or ones that need repair, please let me know - I may be interested. Thanks again for sharing, Rob G
