My Canon printhead failed and after time-consuming attempts to clean it with alcohol, it still showed an error and the print quality was unacceptable. I ordered this, it arrived sooner than expected and was in the genuine Canon factory sealed packaging as shown. I installed it and the printer is like-new! I saved the expense of buying a new printer which wouldn't equal the quality of this one!

The seller was very helpful even though the part failed. The failure was from manufacturing, not any fault of the seller. The seller responded quickly and did everything in their power to remedy the situation. I would gladly do business with them again.
