  Not happy with this product for a few reasons. The finish on the chrome rim is horrible many blemishes including scratches under the chrome and doll also have rust. Seller won’t do nothing says its normal declined return. Which was not disclosed in description Wouldnt have bought if that was disclosed. He did send me the replacement spokes damaged in shipping although they blemished also. quality finish, And not my responsibility to do work replacing nor am I qualified to do them properly.
