  Book was described as ‘like new’. Description did not include that it was an ex-library book with associated markings. Would not have purchased it if this was known at the time. However, seller was very quick to respond to my concerns, agreed that descriptions should reflect ex-library and additional photos would be helpful. Seller agreed to refund the cost of the book which was done quickly. I believe that this seller is genuinely an honest seller that I’m happy to recommend to other buyers.

  This was a very smooth transaction. I accidentally put in the wrong send to address when ordering. I contacted the seller telling them of my error and requesting my item to be sent to another ship to address. The seller responded in a very timely manner and confirmed that the shipping address had been corrected. Received the item today as described. Very happy with this seller.
