  This particular item was as described. Purchased 4 items at once from seller with an agreed upon price. It was generally a bad experience. 3 of the 4 figurines arrived undamaged and as described. The figurines were shipped in a bag unprotected. One was not as described and arrived damaged (see pics). The figurine was glued together before it was sent. Originally, seller did not honor agreed upon price or return. Had to get Ebay to intervene. Ultimately got refund and original price.

  Great communication even when they were away. Over all happy with the purchase just wish the pelt had a full face. The picture showed the pelt as it is and it was MY fault not realizing it wasn't a complete pelt. Super fast shipping even though they were away from home.

  The seller is phenomenal but listed item I want I paid reimbursed because couldn't find it found item wanted me to pay for again through cash app once received. Sent tracking said shipped then got an alert saying delivered but never received called post office files complaint were supposed to be doing investigation but every time I ask about it they don't act like they're doing anything so never received product. So lost somewhere between winning and now
