  They didn't want to sell for the price they had listed. Shipped a fake package to themselves (I have USPS proof) and told me it was USPS fault, then just refunded my money because they didn't have any items left in stock.

  My order got screwed up by the seller from get go, I was (12) days recieving my order not from the seller I ordered from but from another seller that (ebay) was not aware of until I reported what was going on. I got played the whole time from the first label that never was used in the end. ebay forced an update from the two sellers and got their fees, me on the other hand had to wait (eleven) days to get what I ordered in the first place but from another seller. BUYERS BEWARE.

  I got the remote to replace the original I had for my Panasonic 4k DP-UB820. It works right out of the box, and so far no issues with any buttons. The remote was clean and came packaged appropriately! I highly recommend seller!
