  Ordered an Acrylic Case to store my Pokemon 151 UPC. Packaged arrive, unfortunately the acrylic had a 3 inch scratch on the main display of the acrylic. Reached out to the seller about sending back for a replacement 5 days ago with no response back. See attached photo's. I'm sure with this market, you can find another seller. Best of luck!

  Item was listed as brand new but arrived clearly used, with visible hair inside the head and signs of prior use. I even included a note with my order asking the seller to verify the condition before shipping. They ignored it. Very disappointing experience. Seller was unresponsive and careless. I also lost $21 in taxes because of this. Would not buy from this seller again.

  Fast shpping! Product came as described, new, delivery box took some damage as expected could've had some more filler. Quality of product is as described, thick acrylic "pieces". I thought it was a box with top just not magnetic. i misread the listing title/description. From the photo shown and quick glance of description to assure product, it appeared as if only the top came off but it truly needs to be assembled. Title should say assembly needed. Great product overall still pleased with item!
