However, after connecting it to the app, it suddenly stopped functioning. The lock/unlock button no longer responds, and remote access is also not working. These issues began on the very first day, immediately after the product was delivered. Unfortunately, I’ve had to return it due to these persistent problems. I was genuinely looking forward to using the device, but it ultimately did not work out for me.
