    I wish to return this item because it is not an original scarf and has no authenticity label nor that is 100% silk as advertised. Please let me know how to return item.

    Scarf is authentic. It is silk. They don't put content tags on them only a paper hang tag that can be removed. Please see other example being sold with tag. Buyer did not request a return before leaving fraudulent feedback. Opened a payment dispute through their credit card sayin that they did not receive the item. Fraud.

    There was no indication of the size of this ring. Its too large to wear--both stone and band. You won't take returns so I'm stuck. I'm no happy.

    The listing has seven measurements if you count size amongst them. From listing: If you have an issue with an item/transaction please contact us to resolve the matter before leaving feedback. Don't know how they would get away with saying that it was not as described if they tried to return it.
