  I received a broken reel with stripped out parts. I have been in communication with this seller and have been informed that a replacement will be sent, but one still hasn't been shipped. I will not waste the money to ship the broken one back for a refund I probably won't get. I waited patiently for the broken one to be shipped. Now it is two months in. Seller is only stalling. I don't even want a replacement at this moment, just a refund which seller is also stalling about.
