  Absolutely beautiful custom figure as described. I love it sooo much. Colors and detail are gorgeous. Seller shipped fast and packaging was very secure. The value is outstanding here because it’s like buying an original piece of art directly from the artist.

  Terrible. Purchased items from this seller along with another seller to complete a set. Other seller delivered with no issues. This seller couldn't find items they listed. Refund was issued however now the items I bought from other seller are useless and I'm out the money for them. Not sure how you list items and then lose them. Thanks for nothing and for costing me extra money out of pocket unnecessarily.

  As I explained to this buyer, I also sell from an antique store and this item sold there. I try very hard to remove the items from the eBay store when I sell elsewhere, but sometimes I forget. So very sorry I was out of stock, however there were several other listings of the smuckers plates listed on eBay so I'm not going to accept the responsibility of any loss of money as he has blamed me for. I gave him a full refund, including postage :) I don't feel I deserved this negative feedback.

  Packaging was done carefully by the seller in 2 separate boxes and everything arrived in one piece. But I think it would be a lot safer to use a bigger box and more foam for the 2 heavy crystal lamps. One lampshade has a big tear inside that was not disclosed and not shown in the listing pictures. It may not be important since it is not visible from the outside, but it should have been mentioned. So the purchase experience is not perfect but positive overall. Thanks.
