  A day or so into shipping, I messaged the seller with a concern I had. It seemed to be dealt with behind the scenes, but I didn't see a direct response back, and I won't lie that it made me feel a little left in the dark. But I don't think it'd be fair to rate the experience anything short of positive just because of that, because the figures arrived as pictured and undamaged, and I'm really happy with them. They were very fairly priced, and super cute too! Thank you.

  An exceptional high quality item. My wife was thrilled with the additional place settings. They arrived in an original factory carton, packed in original factory packaging. Original box was additionally packed with bubble wrap and paper wadding inside an outer box. Then taped and sealed at all seams. Shipment arrived in excellent condition in a very short time. A perfect transaction from a perfect seller. HIGHLY recommended!
