  Ring is new, works great. The reason I’m rating as “neutral” is that the original posting indicated returns accepted with seller paying postage. Communication with seller indicates that full price refunded ONLY if the package hasn’t been opened. I consider this deceptive advertising, since that reality isn’t mentioned in the listing. Thus, item description including return policy was not described fully.

  The quality of the device was the exact as explained. It is in a complete & prestige condition once I received it. Value is just right for the phone. The appearance was also superb because of no scrates & everything works. Thank you so much !
