  Although it was overall positive experience, I had couldn't give a full 5-star rating due to the way my item was packaged. Because it had to travel oversea, I made a point for the item to be packaged safely. The seller promised to do so. However, the item came in its original brown box dented and pressed. Hence the product box inside the brown box was also dented and pressed. I had hoped that the original box would be safely packaged in another box with protective wrappers.
