  I was given a tracking number which turned out to be the wrong one. Seller states that the package was lost somehow in transit. I was refunded my money promptly.

  read the negative reviews. Looks like the seller has a habit of doing some of the same things. But for my experience I purchased an item. A couple days late I inquired when it would ship, right after the message I received the tracking and then got a notice saying I will get a refund -the seller doesn’t know how long it’ll take to deliver. I think the seller puts up a low price, when the item goes up for a higher price - refunds it and sells it at a higher price - which I was willing to pay

  Refunded for shipping delay stated in message ( not cancelled)… something was delivered in Wilmington NC but not to me - not sure what is going on here but not a legit sale. Thanks for the refund - I’ll buy some line elsewhere

  Appears to be correct will know more when I close the pool in the fall. The quality of the cover appears to be high and the value was good.
