  Seller was very responsive and kind. The order arrived incredibly well packed and no parts were damaged. If ordering though, don't be alarmed if you think the pieces are all scratched up. There's a film on each piece you remove. Appearance is flawless. It took me a bit to put together but it wasn't difficult. Quality is wonderful and I'd say if shipping wasn't almost 1/3 of what I paid, it's be even better value. Highly recommend seller and shop. Would definitely buy from them again. Thank you!

  shipping ok. it's sad that Umbreons tale and ears are flat due to package. Need to refill him to let him stand and got the ears and tail back up. otherwise the plush looks like the pictures and it is an amazing size. shipping is faster then the advertisement say. So that's very lovely.
