  although I was refunded, it was due to the thoughtfulness of the seller. Tariffs would have been too expensive for both of us and the seller kindly emailed and discussed a cancellation of the order for now. I appreciated the sellers great communication and care for their customer. Once this tariff issue is resolved, I will gladly buy from this seller and I highly recommend them.   Happy to finally have found this charm in stock! Seller was communicative. There was a delay in shipping the item out, but it arrived really quickly once it was sent, so it balanced out. Item was packaged really well to protect it from damage in transit.
