We've been in business for OVER 20 YEARS & have a wide variety of new & gently used Gentex and other automotive rearview mirrors, Homelink® mirrors, backup cameras, tailgate camera relocation & retrofit kits, & various other (sometimes completely unrelated!) items from time to time.     Everything is in perfect condition and I couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with on this purchase. Everything has easy to understand instructions and the folks were incredibly helpful and understanding. All parts were original OEM, fit my truck perfectly, basically went from SLE to SLT value in a single purchase! Not a single scratch or blemish thanks to the excellent packaging. Looks fantastic.     Item arrived well packaged. Definitely brand new and works exactly as described. Came with extremely detailed instructions. Including wiring location of other connections not related to this harness, but you will need during the overall project install. This seller puts a lot of effort into making sure you have the knowledge needed to install this. This harness is a great value for allowing you to connect to OEM wiring using OEM plugs. I will definitely be back for future needs
