He or she said it's smaller because teens are smaller not fully grown. I wear a size medium women's size. It came quickly. When I tried it on it fit perfectly. Sellers measurements were a little off. I love it fits perfectly! I washed it in cold water but dried it on high. It did shrink a little so I tried to stretch it out. The chest area stretched ok but the bottom part where the ruffles ripped little
