  Item was used and electrical timer burned see pictures. No returns accepted so, I’m out of luck. Don’t buy open electrical appliances. Probably purchase from a liquidator/pallet store from Home Depot where items had been returned. Someone installed it wrong then returned to store

  Seller purposely removed the 1.3 tip out of the box, after questioning him he stated he doesn't know where he put it this is unacceptable behavior and why would you sell something like that on eBay not as described, I had to go through a lot of trouble and heartache just to get a refund

  There is one 1.3 tip missed. And the buyer request $35 partial refund for the item selling for $40. I offered $20 (retail price of the tip) and he refused. After I issued return label with no hassel, the buyer still send many messages to argue the amount of partial refund he could possibly get if he does send it back. I just tired of that and let him follow the return process. Then he comment in the feedback said I PUPOSELY remove the tip, that is funny.
