  Shipping speed and communication were very good. Unfortunately the headphones weren't working when received. When I contacted the seller they didn't hesitate and refunded the order with zero hassle. The condition of the headphones looked very good as described, and when I tried to repair them afterwards I couldn't find any obvious issues so guessing they were damaged internally during shipment. I recommend this seller to anyone as they took care of me despite taking a loss.
