When I received the game and opened it, I was surprised to see that the booklet was missing. I immediately wrote to the seller and kindly asked him if he could send it to me. He never even replied to my message. When you are customer, I find ignorance to be highly disrespectful. He could at least reply and say sorry or something. If you ignore your customers I don’t think you should be on eBay.
