  Item early and well packaged. Unfortunately there was some damage in transit, which would have been much worse if it hadn't been wrapped up so well. Even though I didn't notice until after the return window they still offered me a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. Can't recommend this seller enough, you can rest assured you'll be taken care of if you buy from them!

  This book is in pristine condition, especially because it had 2 layers of packaging, which might not have been necessary ..... I found it slightly irritating that I had to email the seller because it wasn't dispatched on the original time frame, they didn't reply, the tracking said it was out for delivery one day, but didn't arrive until the next; if delivery had been according to the original date, I would have given 5 stars: I checked previous feedback which often mentioned speedy delivery.
